Booking and visit

How do I book an appointment at Cute Piercing?
The quickest way is via Booksy — you will find the link on every page of the site. You can also call, message us on WhatsApp, or send an email to cute.piercing.warsaw@gmail.com. Studio visits and mobile visits to the client throughout Warsaw are available.
Is a booking required, or can I walk in?
A booking is required — we do not accept walk-in clients. This ensures every client receives full attention and time for a consultation, choice of earrings, and a calm procedure without rushing. Book via Booksy or by phone.
How long does an ear piercing appointment take?
A standard appointment takes 20–30 minutes — including consultation, choice of earrings, disinfection, and the procedure. Mobile visits: add travel time. For groups (birthdays) — individual pricing.
Can a child come without a parent or guardian?
No. Children under 18 must attend the appointment with a parent or legal guardian. The parent must give consent to the procedure — verbally during the visit. A child without a guardian cannot be seen.
What are your opening hours and where are you located?
We work by appointment only — check availability and hours directly in Booksy. Location: Warsaw (exact address provided on booking confirmation). Mobile visits to the client are also available.

Safety and contraindications

Are there any contraindications for ear piercing?
Yes. We do not carry out the procedure in cases of: active skin infections or inflammation at the piercing site, autoimmune conditions and blood clotting disorders, active chemotherapy or radiotherapy, a strong tendency to keloids (hypertrophic scarring), children under 3 years of age. If in doubt, please consult a doctor before your visit.
Can I get my ears pierced if I have a nickel allergy?
Yes — this is precisely why we use titanium and niobium earrings with REACH certification. Titanium and niobium are the best materials for people with nickel allergy — in practice, they do not cause allergic reactions. We avoid stainless steel for the first piercing in people with allergies.
Is ear piercing safe during pregnancy?
We advise against having the procedure done during pregnancy — especially in the first trimester. Pregnancy alters hormone levels, which can extend healing time and increase the risk of complications. We recommend waiting until you have finished breastfeeding. If in doubt — please consult your doctor.

Earrings and payment

Are earrings included in the price of the procedure?
No — starter earrings are charged separately. Procedure price: from 90 PLN (adults) or 150 PLN (children). Starter earrings: from 70 PLN/piece or from 120 PLN/pair. We choose them together during the visit — we have 30+ models in titanium, niobium, and medical-grade steel with REACH certification.
Can I bring my own earrings?
We do not accept clients' own earrings for the first piercing. Starter earrings must meet specific medical requirements — appropriate post length, material, and Safety Back™ closure system. Only certified Inverness Med earrings guarantee safe healing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and card — for studio visits. Mobile visits: cash or bank transfer. No upfront payment required — you pay after the procedure.

After the procedure and next steps

Can I get a second piercing in the same ear?
Yes — a second and subsequent piercings in the lobe or cartilage are absolutely possible. The only condition: the first piercing must be fully healed (a minimum of 6–8 weeks for the lobe, 3–6 months for cartilage) before the next procedure. A new piercing too close to an unhealed channel increases the risk of complications.
How do I choose earrings after healing?
After healing you can wear practically any earrings — but it is worth sticking to hypoallergenic materials. The best options: titanium, niobium, 14k or 18k gold, surgical steel. Avoid earrings containing nickel, chromium, and alloys of unknown origin — they can cause contact allergy even after years of wear.
Does Cute Piercing offer ear styling — advice on combination choices?
Yes — this is one of our specialities. Ear styling is the selection of piercing locations and earring models to create a cohesive, aesthetic combination on the ear. During the visit we advise which placements best suit the anatomy of your ear and your personal style. Message us or book a consultation visit.
